- Have PathSolutions support (support@pathsolutions.com) clear the MAC address for the license in the license server
- Install Same Version of PathSolutions TotalView on the new server
- If the Service is Running as a TotalView Service Account (Not Local System), Confirm the Service Account is a member of the Local Admin Group on the TotalView Host.
- Stop the PathSolutions TotalView service on the old server and the new server
- Navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86)\PathSolutions\TotalView folder on both servers
- Copy the Contents of the TotalView Server from Old Host to new host
- Open Config Tool: Confirm Email Server Settings
- Start the PathSolutions TotalView service on the new server
- Uninstall the PathSolutions TotalView service on the old server
At this point, the service and all data will be moved to the new server.
