Create the registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/NetLatency/UpdateAutoFrequency (DWORD) and set it to “<Number of Millisecondis>”.
Number of Milliseconds to wait between polls.
300000 milliseconds = 5 minutes
Stop and re-start the service.
