After receiving from support with your company in it:

  1. Unzip the file
  2. Save the .reg file anywhere on the TotalView Server
  3. From the console of the TotalView server , double click on the reg file
  4. It will confirm that you want to apply the registry changes, you will confirm.
  5. All set, the license will no longer check in!
