Interfaces can be ignored if they offer no monitoring value. Look in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PathSolutions\TotalView\IgnoreList.cfg file.
This file contains all of the interfaces that the user has selected to be ignored. To add an interface back to monitoring, it should be deleted from this file. The file must be saved, and the PathSolutions Service must be Stopped and Restarted to have this interface monitored again.
Interfaces that are ignored by the system, typically offer no value. They are listed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PathSolutions\TotalView\IgnoreType.cfg file.
These interfaces (null, loopback, etc.) may be ignored on monitored devices. The list may be modified by adding interface descriptions or removing interface descriptions.
The file must be saved and the Service must be Stopped and Restarted to have these changes take effect.
