Port Vlan ID shows as “None” but Vlan is Assigned on Device Print

If you know your device has VLANs assigned to interfaces but TotalView shows the interfaces with a VLAN Description of “None” then this may be due to the version of IOS not supporting the dot1qPvid SNMP OID. Some of the device models support it, and some do not.

You will need to check with the Manufacturer to see if they recommend a different IOS version that will support this SNMP OID or ask them about that specific OID to see what they recommend.
