Problem: Custom map shows “Loading…” continuously on the web page

If you create a custom map and go to the Maps tab and click on the map and the browser continuously says “Loading…” for more than 10 seconds, the problem may relate to a bug in the naming of the map.

The map filename must not have any spaces in the filename, and must have a lowercase “.jpg” extension.

The configured map in the config tool must also match the filename and not have any spaces, and must also have a lowercase “.jpg” extension.
