For some switch manufacturers, VLAN interfaces report anomalous errors. If you do not want the error rate of VLAN interfaces calculated, In the Config Tool ->Polling tab, Check the check the “Ignore error calculations on VLAN interfaces” box. The VLAN interface will still be listed, but it will not become an “issue” listed under the “Issues” tab.
