Call Simulator does not provide hop statistics in Link Troubleshooting Mode

When running the Call Simulator in Link Troubleshooting mode, multi-hop link statistics may not be collected/analyzed if the Windows firewall blocks ICMP responses to/from the program.
For this part of the call simulator to work, disable the firewall on the computer and then re-run the test.
The firewall does not need to be disabled when doing “end to end mode” call simulations.
