Device name shows as “none” on Devices tab 

This may happen if the device does not have a configured device name, or if the device does not support the SNMP sysName variable.

It may also happen if the TotalView service is restarted when these devices were down, as the system name is only queried when the TotalView service is initially started.  In this case, the service should be restarted when the network is back to being fully operational and the names will be properly queried.
