If PathSolutions Service has stopped and doesn’t reload, it may be because two different systems running PathSolutions is trying to check into the PathSolutions License Server. In this case, one of the systems running PathSolutions should be disabled / uninstalled so that the Intended System can run PathSolutions.

Only one MAC address of a System that is Running PathSolutions can be registered and used.

To check that this is the case, Use the Config Tool. On the License Tab, click on the “Change/Validate License” button at the bottom of the dialogue box to see if your License validates with the MAC address displayed on your screen.
