Link Troubleshooting Mode – Windows Firewall Blocking Traffic

When you see the Error message “CallSimulator MFC Application has Stopped Working” while trying to use the “link troubleshooting mode” of the call simulator, it is due to the desktop’s windows firewall blocking our traffic.
Disable the local windows firewall for this part of the call simulator to work.
FYI: The firewall may need to be disabled when doing “end to end mode” call simulations.
