Under certain circumstances the process of checking the Class Based QoS settings can cause a timeout/poll failure on certain Cisco devices. You can disable QoS checking in TotalView by editing the CiscoCBWFQDisable.cfg file.in NotePad (Right-Click.. Run as Administrator).
For example:
;This is a list of devices to not track Cisco CBWFQ specific information
;
;IPAddress (or '*' for all)
;-----------
192.168.1.30
You can also insert "*" to turn it off for all devices.
