If alerts are or are not being generated correctly for calls in the CDR database, the following can be used to help troubleshoot the alerting mechanism:

  1. Run RegEdit
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/WOW6432Node/NetLatency/SwitchMonitor
  3. Change: EventLogLevel to Hex: 800000F
  4. Stop and restart the service
  5. Wait until the call is made, or the event conditions occur, then check CDRLog.txt in the program files folder.
