Starting in TotalView 8, In any config file, you can add #IGNORE on its own line and it will stop processing the rest of the config file. This makes it very easy to cut config files down to the few lines that you want to test with and you don’t have to have multiple file versions. Just move the #IGNORE around as needed and it will stop processing at that point.
