For a Single Tech Expert:
To scrub a TotalView system from the previous customer:
- Stop the service
- Go into the file system, C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Pathsolutions\TotalView and bring up the SwitchMonitor.cfg with Admin rights in Notepad, delete entries (the IP ranges from the previous customer) SAVE. Now in the DATA directory delete everything except the executable (*.dat files). Restart the service.

- Alternatively you can uninstall the software and reinstall.
OR
- 3rd choice, you can go to the Config Tool Devices tab and delete all the discovered devices, and you will get a warning, do you want to rediscover when the wizard is run again, choose No, and hit Apply that will restart the service.
