Bring up Task Manager on the System Running the Call Simulator

Go to Details Tab

Select the CallSimulator.exe file

Right Click

Select Set Priority

You can Increase the Priority all the way up to "Real-Time"

That will make sure the Call Sim receives the highest Priority and should not suffer any interruptions from other apps stealing CPU.
