One of the simplest ways to create and manage SSL certificates on the TotalView Host is using the Digicert Certificate Utility for Windows:

Once Installed it allows you to Request a Certificate (CSR) and then Import and ultimately Export the Certificate in Apache Format (.crt and .key) which TotalView uses
