The Default behavior of TotalView is to Scan the Following ports and then enable Links in TotalView to Connect to those Ports:

If you would like to turn off that functionality:
Change the Following Registry Value:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NetLatency\SwitchMonitor
DestWebCheckManagementPort = (DWORD) 0
This Disables checking Telnet/SSH/HTTP/HTTPS on monitored network devices
Restart the Service
