To Generate additional Logging when Troubleshooting TotalView Server Monitoring:


  1. Confirm TotalView is Running as an AD Service Account  (Services Control Panel -> PathSolutions TotalView Service -> Log On Tab)
  2. Confirm Server Monitoring is Enabled (Config Tool -> Servers)
  3. Confirm the Service Account is a Local Admin Rights on the Remote Servers you are monitoring
  4. Copy DomainServers.flg file to the TotalView Home Directory (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\PathSolutions\TotalView)
  5. Restart the TotalView Service
  6. DomainServers.txt should now be present in the /LogFiles Directory off the TotalView Home Directory
  7. Zip up DomainServers.txt and attach to Existing Support Ticket or forward to support@pathsolutions.com
